After browsing this list, the following may elicit nothing except "Told you so"s, but I'd like to try anyway. My wife and I bought an Apple GS some time ago, and we sent in a registration card to Apple that promised, among other things, 2 free issues of some magazine for Apple users (such as A+) and notification of updates. We have received neither. I found out about one GS update (this was a year or two ago) purely by accident. I sent a letter to Apple complaining about their failure to both honor their promises and to keep customers informed about changes in the product, and asking them to honor their promises. I never received a reply. My question: is there a particular person/address (either US mail or internet email) at Apple that I should send my next and final complaint to, or should I just contact the Cupertino BBB (who, based on some of the comments I've seen here, probably has too many such letters already to do anything). Please reply directly to me. Thanks. Bill Gropp gropp@mcs.anl.gov
