  How do I decode binscii files?  (You use the binscii decoder, of course.
Everyone knows that...)

  Err, well, where can I get ahold of this decoding application.

  I've got accounts on both GEnie and America Online, but I've never seen anything there relating to binscii file decoding.

 Go to the America Online Software forum and go to the file search function.
When it askes for a keyword, type in binscii.
