The last time I was asked for this was about four years ago.

(will work on a apple ][ or apple ][+)
Connect Pin 11 of D11 to Pin 4 of H7/8(the 6502). The best method
is to use 30-gauge wire-wrap wire. I tried this on my old apple //+ and
it works. If I recall correctly you don't get interrupts at 1/60 of a
second but something like every 1/59.xxx, don't recall what the xxx is
though. Sorry, it is 59.92 interrupts /second(so the article indicates)
