[comp.sys.apple2] FTA book on the GS

To the individual who has the rights to publish the FTA's book on the
inner workings of the GS:

1. I'd be interested in purchasing it.
2. If you decide to publish it yourself, I suggest you compose it in TeX
   so that those of us with this typesetting system can obtain a disk from
   you and print it out ourselves, rather than having you print up many
   copies. This would cost us less although the cost of printing MANY copies
   does go down after so many copies. You weight the cost effectiveness.
3. I'll post your message to America Online and summarize responses here.
