[comp.sys.apple2] Book by FTA

To the person publishing the book by the FTA:

1. To date, 22 people are interested on America Online. Some would also like
   to know MORE information about the books contents (maybe you could post
   a list of the chapter titles).

2. One person wants the book in French. Where can he get it (if you can get
   it for him, send me your name, address, phone number, and cost of it).

3. Have you tried contacting Nibble magazine (Mindcraft Publishing), Ross
   Lambert (publisher of 8/16), or Open-Apple. All of these folks would be
   more inclined to publish the book.
