I just found an old copy of System Disk 5.0 that I didn't know I had. I'm
thinking of putting BB on that and uploading it. But I have one problem, was
System 5.0 commercial, i.e. is it illegal to upload part of the program?

Yes, System 5.0 (and 5.02, and 5.03, and 4.0, and 3.2, etc...) are all
"commercial", and you can't distribute them in any form without licensing them
from Apple first.
