I saw Co-Pilot advertised in A2-Central as a GS interface to GEnie, but also listed in Compuserve magazine. I haven't heard anything else about it. Does anyone know anything about it? __________________________________________________________ | | | Alan H. I dont have a copy because I use readylink. However, If you use Proterm or TIC 3.1 ive heard that it is great. Thats about all I know. It is shareware and Im sorry but I forget who wrote it. Maybee MattD or JeffH or Shrinkit out there at Apple.Com know who wrote it or more information. I dont really know... If you are on Genie...Write and enlighten us both.. ______________________________________________________________________________ | _________ | | | < W W RRRR OOO N N GGG W W AAA Y Y | | O O | <<<<<<<<<<< W W R R O O NN N G W W A A Y Y | | o | <<<<<<<<<<< W W RRRR O O N N N G G W W AAAAA YYY | |_________| <<<<<<<<<<< W W W R R O O N NN G G W W W A A Y | | ____ | < W W R R OOO N N GGGG W W A A Y | |_________| | | Steve Gunn ----> UUCP --> 00csgunn@bsu-cs.bsu.edu GENIE --> C.GUNN | The Indiana Academy, Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana 47306 | "Send me Email, I love Apple Hackers..... Hi folks!!! Yes, I'm using Copilot, and I fould it really worth the money. It allows you to remotly pull messages and files from the archive, read them offline and write replies to them. The only flaw is that it doesn't pull the new ientries in the software library for you. You have to do that manually. And, I forget, it read the GEnie bulletin automatically for you and handeles your GEnie mail. For using CoPilot, you must have either Point to Point 4.x or Talk is Cheap because it uses their script languages. CoPilot is currently V 1.4.3, requires a shareware fee and updates are available on GEnie. Hope that that helps! Martin Georg Frankfurt, Germany ----> Apple II forever! <----
