[comp.sys.apple2] Undocumented GS/OS error number

meekins@CIS.OHIO-STATE.EDU (timothy lee meekins) (11/29/90)

When making a DStatus to GS/OS, on some systems it returns an error code
of $2C. This appears to be undocumented anywhere I've looked, but it might
be a new error number added to sys 5.0.x that I'm unaware of. Any
suggestions?

Thanks in advance...

[Tim Meekins asks about error $2C]

Error $2C, dvrBadCount, means an invalid byte count.

Error $2C is a Driver error meaning "invalid byte count." I believe
it's documented in the current manuals.

GS/OS Error $2C is "drvrBadCount", or, in English, "invalid byte count". You'd
probably have to do something real screwy to make that happen...
