There seem to be a few publishers reading this newsgroup. 
Could any of you help with a cost breakdown of printing via paper versus
disks? Is it really that much more expensive to publish on a disk than
have a paper copy typeset, copied, etc.?

What people SHOULD do, maybe (just maybe) is have an email version.  I mean,
there are so many people that can get/send netmail.  You have all of internet,
bitnet, places like GEnie, and even FidoNet can recieve internet mail.  It's
not like most people can't get to ONE of these!  I mean really -- Fidonet is
all BBS's.

Of course, this is just more wishful thinking on my part.
