A friend just bought an Apple IIc circa 1985 and he would like me to add more memory. Since I have no experience with Apple II's, I was hoping that some kind person would be able to tell me if this is possible or not. Is it possible to just open the system up and put in more chips? Is this a complicated procedure? What is the maximum amount of memory that can be installed? What kind of memory chips do I need and is there a parity bit?
