It has four sockets for EEPROMS. You have to change some jumpers on the board to program the EEPROMS and use the special program that comes with the card. Then, after you've programmed them, you switch the jumpers back so they're real ROM. It also maps the memory to banks $F0-$F7. You can add up to 1k ROM to this thingg and 1MB of RAM.
