To those who have seen my demo, The Software Experience #1, otherwise known as
that rotating "Z" thing...
Todd Whitesel and I have been fixing the demo so that it works better (uhh..
works at all) when using AppleTalk/AppleShare...
Since we're going to all the trouble of making these fixes, I decided it would
be neat to enhance the program and add some new stuff, and this is where the
rest of you come into play....I need some ideas. Below is a list of some ideas
I've come up with, if you like/dislike them, or have other others, let me know:
o Introduction screen..
Animated?
Scrolling text?
3200 colors?
Mail me artwork and get title credits..
o Full screen scrolling/wipes instead of fade-in/out
o Background music.
Let the user install "his" own songs..
Play multiple songs? Jukebox...
SoundSmith??
I NEED A SOUNDSMITH PLAYER...SEND ME SOME SOURCE CODE PLEASE!
Also, I could use a nice title/theme song, someone send me one and
get program credits.
o Different Easter Egg???
o Better font in scolling text (colorful)
o User definable messages
I've been thinking of designing a scripting language to it so that the user
can customize the demo in many ways, this would allow custom demos for Apple
Dealers and others wishing to demo the computer...
Please send me any other suggestions you may have!
