I am a proud owner of one of the first GS's (a Woz) presumably Rom 01 machine. On the downside of being the first guy on the block with a GS is the fact that I have only 256k. I was originally just planning on running my old IIe software but new products have changed my mind so I am now in dire need of more memory. I would like at least enough memory to run AWGS (I believe 1 1/4 meg. is required). I'm debating going with GS-Ram Ultra or some 3rd party memory board. I've been advised to go with a hard drive and RamFast, but I'm unsure if I could go directly to this w/o getting some internal memory first. Whenever I get a bit of money I'll begin building a system that will satisfy me and be comparable to the machines out there. Any expansion hints will be appreciated.

Looking for memory cards... try LRO Computer Sales or Roger Coats, both have great prices on memory cards. I'm using a NCS memory card from LRO and it works great... especially with 4MB installed... :) whitewolf@gnh-starport!info-apple
