It may take a little work, but get a shareware Font editor, such as Font Doctor or Fontasm (I recommend the latter), and resize the font -- then use the editor to smooth it out. This goes for the IW II, but I'm not sure about the LQ -- always have a fonts in the folder 2x bigger than the one your using (i.e. you are using 12 point Courier, have 24 point Courier in the folder); the driver uses the double size fonts, shrinks it, and gets better quality printout. ////////////////////////////////////\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ \ Internet: scottr@applesauce.cts.com /\ I.D.F.: /\ 'tis but / / AKA: Monte \/ no retreat \/ a scratch \ \ America Online: a total waste /\ no surrender /\ -- M.P. / /----------------------------------------------------------------------\ \ Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pondered, weak and weary, / / -- Edgar Allan Poe \ \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\////////////////////////////////////
