Just thought I'd mention it's up on tybalt.caltech.edu in /pub/apple2/uploads. Mike P.S. The version I quoted might be wrong...it's got a 1 and a 4 in it anyway..

After unBinsciing it, you get a file called GSHK1.0.4.SHK. However, this file is not a SHK file, it's a .BXY file. The file inside the Binary II header is named GSHK1.0.4.BXY. This is the SHK file. Everything else seems to be OK, though... but this is actually a .BXY file. The .
