I have a ZRAM card from AE, Quickspell and UltraMacroWorks from BeagleBrothers. I want to patch AppleWorks v2.0 to use these enhansements, but I can't seem to get the steps in the right order. How can I get it set up to allow me to pre- load AW into memory, as well as the dictionaries? Any help from people who have done this before would be greatly appreciated. According to the AE manuals, you have to patch AW first, then add the Beagle Bros. stuff. That was the procedure I followed and it worked. After you start up AW the next time, hit the ESC instead of the space bar. That will put you into an AE menu to set preload, clock, etc. Then save the configuration and it will preload there after.
