Just received the Feb/Mar issue of Enhance from Quality Computers. If any one company wants Apple II alive it's them! It's good to see an entire company devoted to the amazing Apple //. I noticed they were selling a computereyes scanner from video source. Does anyone have one of these? How good is it, and can I import graphics into programs such as Appleworks or PublishIt2???

I have ComputerEyes on the Mac. It's okay (640x480, 32 bits for the color version, 256 gray scale B&W). I don't know how well it works on the GS though (Mine is a NuBus card which plugs into my Mac II). I will point out that I'm less than totally happy with the results obtained with the Canon Xapshot/Computer Eyes combination. But I suspect that this is more the fault of the Xapshot than the ComputerEyes unit. *** Randy Hyde
