Well I tried again but this time I decided to change the "setup" to Imagewriter (C) instead of monochrome, I installed my color ribbon and what do you know... the damn thing printed out just fine in color! The first attempt was done in monochrome mode with a black ribbon. I didn't do any monochrome printing with the color ribbon but I did try (previous attempt) to use the Imagewriter (C) setup with a black ribbon with the same results as in #1 above.
