[comp.sys.apple2] HELP ME, I've fallen and I can't get up!

	I would like to have somebody tell me how to get files
	from Wuarchive..etc....
	
		
	I see that all of the files have a Z  extention and
	I know that this is some kind of  compression....
	
	How  to uncompress  that is what I need to know!
	
	I am working from a vax 11/785 or a vax 4000, running
	vms 5.4 .....
	
	Any help is much appreciated
