ShrinkIt 3.2.3 has been posted to comp.binaries.apple2 (by me). v3.2.3 fixes a bug in v3.2.2 (it would't open ACU files). v3.2.2 was -supposed- to fix this completely, but didn't. As far as I know, version 3.2.3 works fine with just about every kind of archive you can name that it's supposed to be able to open. It also works with the UDC card. Whenever I do an update to ShrinkIt or GS-ShrinkIt, I'll be posting the newer version on comp.binaries.apple2 myself, and on GEnie, CompuServe, and America-Online (which I understand is being linked to Promenade and PC-Link to make one large service). I'll also be working on making sure our FTP sit at Apple.COM has the u to date versions of ShrinkIt and GS-ShrinkIt (they don't know... I just found the ftp directories :-) andy -- Andy Nicholas GEnie & America-Online: shrinkit Apple Computer, Inc. You're _sure_ you've got all the bugs ironed out this time, Andy??? ;) If there's a version 3.2.4 coming soon, would it be possible to modify the online disks display so that it doesn't try to read the prefix of 5.25" drives? If an unformatted disk is in the drive, ShrinkIt will just sit there for a while trying to read the directory information. Just a minor annoyance... thanks. Brian T.
