I don't know about a DOS 3.3 /RAM, but I do know that ProDOS automatically
sets up a /RAM if it recognizes the machine it's running on has 128k.
It also sets up a /RAM# if there's a slinky type ramcard in a slot or port.
Like, if you have a ramcard in slot 5 it's formatted as /RAM5.
Unless you have files saved on /RAM, I think it says 7k used.  This makes
up the memory reserved for the volume directory and bitmap, I think.
The ProDOS Tech. Ref. Manual goes into detail how to connect and disconnect
/RAM, and there's a tech note that explains memory usage concerning /RAM.
