[comp.sys.apple2] Lode Runner IIgs

Here is a patch for the joystick on Lode Runner IIgs if you don't like the
button arrangement.

Go to the sector editor and edit blocks $00F and $261,
    edit bytes 115:61 and 11E:62 on each block so you can enjoy it by playing
    pushbutton #0 to dig left and pushbutton #1 to dig right.
