My mother works in the Menomonee Falls school district here, and I have been working with her to bring computers into the classroom. The school recently bought several Rom03s as basic machines. (Yeah!) Needless to say, they don't do much this way. I would like to find at least 2 good apple or other 1 meg memory boards that noone else wants fully populated. Say you have a Rom01 and you needed more than 1.25 so you bought a bigger board and now you have this old 1 megger laying about. I'd like them so we can run a decent 2 meg system for AWGS and HyperStudio etc in the classroom. Unfortunately, this is all coming out of our pocket, as the rest of the money is all dedicated to new macs. Could I talk anyone into selling that old board in good cond for $25 or $30 to help the middle school? I'm also working with some //es in the Library that have modems hooked up. The kids call Online on the teachers account (ouch!), and several other multi-user BBSs. We're trying to immerse them into computers as much as possible. We have a 300baud and a 1200baud that were donated when the old users moved up to 2400. We'd like to add one more to the social studies classroom. Could anyone cut me a deal on a 1200 or possibly 2400 modem that would work with a //e? I've gotta say, this is really fun, and the kids really take to BBSs and putting together newspapers in the classroom. The program is growing faster than we can afford to support it! Some budget money is still available - but the school kind of frowns on purch orders to individuals... Thanks! Daniel Gross

I've two 300 baud AppleCard modems that I would love to get rid of. I know you requested 12/2400 but I'm offering these 300 buaders if you're interested. Just pay shipping costs and they're yours. I'm sure I've a manual for them somewhere in this mess <looking in closet>.
