From: Art Flatau <CMP.FLATAU@UTEXAS-20.ARPA> I received a letter today from the American Space Foundation (signed by Ed Gibson, one of the Skylab III astronauts) asking me to sign a petition to congress to "Reaffirm America's serious commitment to space, restore the American space program's budget and put America back in the space race 100%". I'd like to know if anyone can tell me more about the American Space Foundation (i.e. some history, what they've done and whatelse, if anything they do besides lobby in congress).
