[comp.sys.apple2] Hypermover

scotth@ux1.cso.uiuc.edu (Scott Henderson) (04/09/91)

I know that we've covered this topic a few times, but I'm trying to find
a copy of Hypermover so that I can start moving some Mac Stacks over
to the GS. I've been told the following about Hypermover:

1) It's still in Beta form right now and is not meant to be an "end user"
    product. (from America Online)

2) It was released on an APDA developer CD (just my luck... None of the
APDA people I know have a CD-ROM, so that they don't have it).

3) There MIGHT be a way for me (a non-APDA member) to purchase the CD-ROM
from APDA (a lot of $$ for just one program on the CD, but in this case,
    it might be worthwhile...).

My problem here is that I will be graduating at the end of this semester and
will be losing valuable resources and time (college students have lots of
time, working stiffs don't) if I can't obtain a copy of this program. There
are thousands of pd stacks out there just waiting to be converted to the GS.

I recently downloaded a couple of nice stacks from America Online that I'll
be posting to binaries soon.

So, can anyone help me here? Is there a way for me to fall into the good
graces of the Hypercard GS team at apple so that I can become a "beta tester"
of the hypermover stacks?
