[comp.sys.apple2] Apple, Inc email address request

lucifer@world.std.com (Kevin S Green) (04/19/91)

Does anyone (particularly Andy or Dave) have a list of
Internet mail addresses for their co-workers? For instance
we all know that Andy is shrinkit@apple.com and we only need
address a letter to him if we want to talk about Finder
suggestions. I for one would like to be able to do the same
with the other Apple // team members. (Send them suggestions,
support, etc).

Anyone have a list?

I can't offhand think of other Apple II System Software folks who are on
internet, although some participate regularly in A2Pro on GEnie. Not
everybody here is as technogeeky as Andy and I are...they have actual
lives and in some cases even families!

Anyway, if you have comments on any part of the system, I'll be happy
to at least hand them to the appropriate person. No response guaranteed,
but if I like the ideas I'll keep bugging them, as I always do.... :)

Thanks. Actually, I was under the impression that all Apple,Inc.
employees had an account on AppleLink (not America Online) and
I'm virtually certain that AppleLink is accessable via the
internet.

There's a fair bit of distance between "those who can theoretically access the
internet" and "reader of comp.sys.apple2". In fact it's worse than that,
because the internet-applelink connection is just a mail forwarding gate. To
read comp.sys.apple2 one must actually go geekier than that.

Wow... Apple SW engineers are real people too! :) How about Andy Stadler
(stadler@apple.com)? Is Chris Haun around? What does Matt D. think about
comp.sys.apple2 now anyway? It would be nice to hear from him again...
