Yes, I compiled sciibin for VMS sometime last semester.  I can mail
working source (w/getopt) to you, or SEND you the executable over BITNET.

For that matter, is there one that will convert a file to a BinScii representation.
I prefer to get things from ftp on one machine (VAX/VMS with Internet access)  and 
then E-mail them to another (UNIX without Internet access, but closer to home).
The phone call is cheaper after the E-mailing!!  Without converting to a 7-bit
representation, I can't E-mail.
