The subject line says it all really. I try to download from GEnie in y-modem and it initiates the send and recieve commands fine but when the status bar comes up it keeps telling me that the blocks are being timed out. I have it set up on Readylink to recieve y-modem with relaxed timing, and all the other settings work on x-modem The same holds true for AWGS. The settings work fine for x-modem but when I try y-modem I just keep getting errors. Any one out there have any ideas? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Scott -- Scott A. I do not know but y-modem from Genie does work for me; I use it all the time. I use Point-to-Point and a Supra 2400 modem. Ray Waxmonksy (waxmonrw@snybufva) Dept. of Geography Buffalo State College
