      FOR SALE:  10 inch diameter f 5.6 Newtonian:

MOUNT:
Extremely stable low profile tripod of 2 in. pipe;  
very strong, high precision tapered roller bearings on polar axis.  
Inclination of polar axis is adjustable.  Very rugged construction.
Rigid builtup wooden fork mount for main tube.  
Main tube is rotatable in aluminium rings heli-arc welded to heavy gage 
aluminum brackets.  Worm gear adjustment on declination axis.

MAIN ASSEMBLY:  Commercially made primary mirror accurate to 1/10 wavelength.
Eliptical secondary.  Custom made tube of rolled and heli-arced aluminum.
Two inch photo visual focuser accepts 2 in. eyepieces;  screw thread adjustment;
has adaptor for 1 1/4 in. eyepieces.
Guide scope: 60 mm Refractor.
Finder scope: Meade 9 X 60 rt. angle refractor.

ACCESSORIES:  
Eyepieces:  Meade Research Grade Orthoscopic: 4, 7, 10.5, 16.8, 28 mm.
            Meade Research Grade Erfle:  20 mm. (all 1 1/4 diameter)
Filters:  Helio Astronomics full aperture sun screen on optically flat glass
          substrate.
Eyepiece filters: Meade: No. 908 nebula; No. 8 light yellow; polarizers (2).
                       (Note: eyepiece polarizers are not for use with the sun,
                        but are useful for reducing lunar intensity.)
Camera fixture for astro-photography.
