[comp.sys.apple2] Xmodem, Ymodem, Zmodem, Kermit, ProDOS X docs please?

Hello.  A friend and I are writing a IIgs communications program, but need
information on the following file transfer protocols:

	X modem, Y modem, Z modem, Kermit, and ProDOS X modem
