And also, please show me where I can FTP MicroEmacs from.  The sites
I've ftp'd it from all seem to have a corrupted copy which doesn't
work at all when downloaded.  If it's not available for FTP, where is
it available from.

  I had the same problem until I finally bit the bullet and downloaded it
from one of the commercial networks.  I'll try uploading an uncorrupted
copy to apple-l when I get a chance, hopefully within a few days.
