Try the back (some appendix) in Toolbox Ref II.  (That doesn't include the
new ones in TB III of course).  You can also use the 'xxx\err' function
in nifty list by Dave Lyons (an excellent CDA)

Just look in the back of TB Ref Vol II for most of them in one
appendix.  I don't know about TB Ref Vol III since I don't have it
yet.

There's something called SuperInfo II (or just SuperInfo), which has
exactly what you're looking for.  It's an NDA, and you should be able
to find it by FTP from somewhere...
