I have to questions regarding the term program I'm writing. One, when it starts up, it resets the modem port and assumes Control Panel settings, then disables DTR/DSR handshaking for the benifit of my old Hayes clone, and sets delete LF after CR. If I don't have buffering selected in the control panel, nothing works. I can't send at commands to the modem. Anyone know why? Also, even when buffering is selected, the modem must be off when the program enters, or be turned off the on again if it was on upon entry. Hmm...
