[comp.sys.apple2] kremvax

marekp@pnet91.cts.com (Marek Pawlowski) (06/24/91)

kremvax, also known as kremvax.hq.demos.su is a valid machine. Kremvax is
part of the Relcom UUCP network in the USSR, a network of about 250 machines
for use with electronic mail, and other things. Kremvax is the main server
with about 70 lines.

I have recieved messages from the USSR, and each go through this machine
(and then to fuug.fi, which is apparantly the way mail goes from the USSR),
and none of these are forged. On top of that, I have recieved a message from
Ron Lewin, marketing director of Micol Advanced BASIC, who is currently
residing in Moscow (for the International Computer Forum), and it was typed
from the main terminal of kremvax (he told me so), and I don't doubt his word.

Most information was gathered from his message to myself on the 17th of
this month.
