[comp.text.tex] Question on format of a \special command...

I've got a LaTeX file here from a foreign site that has \special
commands in it in a format we don't use here, and don't
recognize.  Could someone out there see if they know what I've
got here, and, more importantly, where I can get my hands on a
dvi driver that will convert it to Postscript?
