Does anyone have a LaTeX style file or TeX macros that create standard manuscripts. By this I mean: Double spaced, Probably a monospaced font Title, Author Name, "page x of N" across the top of each page One inch margins. etc. Or something close, I'm willing to hack a bit but I've never created a style file and would like to have a place to start. Yes, I know that it's rather silly to use *TeX to produce documents of this form. But since all of my other text formatting is done with *TeX it would be nice to have a method for doing the above.
