Grap produces PIC, I believe, which can be included in TeX documents using tpic or by translating to Fig code using pic2fig. PiCTeX is a macro package which is useful for producing graphs. Also, GnuPlot 2.0 can produce plots in various TeX-compatible modes: LaTeX picture environment, EEPIC, or Fig code. However, all inclusion of graphics into TeX tends to be either restricted (LaTeX picture env.) or non-portable (device or operating system dependent). PiCTeX is the most general, but it tends to blow TeX's internal memory! Micah Beck Cornell CS Dept.
