I have the following very clumsy scheme for getting legible output from DVI files on the Mac and Apple Imagewriter. I am looking for a better way to do this. I had heard rumors of somebody integrating an Imagewriter DVI driver into OzTeX...did anything come of this? Anyhow, the scheme is this: o Use OzTeX with the "Times-LaTeX" macros to TeX the file. o Use the "BigScreen" Init to make an entire page of the file visible on the virtual screen when viewing a DVI file "Actual Size" in OzTeX. o Use the "Screenshot" FKEY to save the virtual screen as a PICT document. o Use some graphics program to edit and print the resulting picture. MacDraw and SuperPaint 1.1 won't load pictures that big, but if you use the free demo of VisionLab to pare the picture down, you can then open it with MacDraw and print it. This gross, and takes too much time. Anyone have a better way? Thanks. Joe Hellerstein
