We are trying to run out some client files through our PostScript imagesetter but come up with an error I suspect is related to not having a proper prologue already loaded into the machine. Software: PTIPS by Personal TeX Error: undefined command: note Is there a prologue which describes "note." Does anyone have an address, number for Personal TeX. Thanks in advance.
