[comp.text.tex] TeX-XeT for a PC.

Does any one know where one can get TeX-XeT that can be installed 
on a PC?

TeX-XeT is being used on a mainframe in Jerusalem,for the purpose of
typing a Hebrew/English text. I would like to be able to use 
this program on my PC.
