[comp.text.tex] Working with TeX v.3.0

Now that we have TeX v.3.0, I would like to know where can one find
written material that explains how to take advantage of its features.
In particular, what steps should be taken to install more fonts to TeX.

   In particular, what steps should be taken to install more fonts to TeX.
I've been using TeX 3.0 for the last 6 months, and the only difference
is that I get hyphenation in multiple languages. The use of
different/new/extra fonts is exactly the same as it was before (well,
there is all the stuff about ligatures, but is that what you mean?)
