Could anyone tell me where I can find GFtoPXL or the PXL files to run
dvito LN03    ......?

PXL files are obsolete and have been for some time. The sooner we
rid ourselves of that particular aberration, the better off we'll
all be.

I assume that you're doing the LN03 stuff under VMS. If this is
the case, you can use Brian Hamilton Kelly's LN03 driver which
may be FTP'd from ymir.claremont.edu in the directory
[anonymous.tex.drivers.ukln03] This driver uses PK files which
are considerably smaller than PXL files. GFtoPK is also available
from ymir.claremont.edu in [anonymous.tex.sources.mfware]
