I want both a TeX (preferably LaTeX) and nroff version of an article
that I plan to write soon. I would prefer to write it in LaTeX and
have it automatically converted to troff, but I could write it in plain
TeX instead, or write it in troff if a TeX/LaTeX => troff converter is
not available but a troff => TeX converter is.
Do you know of a good LaTeX/TeX => troff converter (or troff => TeX
converter) and how I can obtain it?
