[comp.text.tex] Metric

 I'm new on this. I got a file of interest for me and it is in TeX, here we 
have a NeXT so i thought that i would be easy just to go and print it, but it
wasn't so easy. It seems that TeX is not well instaled here and i get all the 
time this kind of messages (i already tried some others files) :

! Font \brm=cmr10 scaled 1200 not loadable: Metric (TFM) file not found.
<to be read again> 
                   \relax 
l.58       \else \font\brm=cmr10 scaled \magstep1
                                                  \fi
? 

 it seems to me that it doesn't find some font file, but we have those files
(*.tfm). I set the enviroment variable TEXFONTS to the path where the files
are and nothing happens.

 I'll really appreciate any help
