Dear Text People: I have a problem that maybe some one on the network can solve. Our department has several people who know Microsoft Word but do not know tex, latex, or any other word processor of this type. What I need is a list of Software Products for the Apple MacIntosh which will translate Microsoft Word (and other word processors, like WordPerfect and Wordstar and IBM's products) into tex and back again. Do such products exist? Either in the public domain or as a purchased product. We also have IBM PC's, is there a product for this line of computers which will do the same thing? I don't want just ASCII but translate all the control commands back and forth between tex and other word processing packages. Please post to the network and to me individually, if possible.
