Is there a straightforward equivalent of \includeonly for the bibliography? I rarely want to print out the bibliography but if I comment the \bibliography line out, LaTeX rapidly gets confused about the page numbers. (and I don't feel like finding out which page numbers it's on in order to remove it at the dvi{?}ps level) -- Mike Bolotski VLSI Laboratory, Department of Electrical Engineering mikeb@salmon.ee.ubc.ca University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada
