Has anyone done a LaTeX style file that mimics the pages of the body of an NIH grant application (i.e., the dreaded form 'PHS 398 (Rev. 5/82)')? I know about [and admire] fancyheadings.sty and will hack it up if need be, but perhaps someone has already done it. Thanks.
