   Might I also suggest that if you're going to do some letter writing,
your Senators and Representative would be good people to write to.  You
should ask them to tell the appropriate people that they support a
significant space committment.  This will be especially useful to do if
your man in Washington has some sort of high-tech industry in his
constituency, or hopes to bring in such industry for purposes of economic
recovery.
