Hi, Folks: I found there is a manual.dvi in /text/tex/pictex/pictex.tar.Z However, after I ftped this tar.z file, uncompressed it and untared it, I found the manual exists only in .dvi form. I can only get four pages from our talaris printer then I was told xxxx.tfm not found. When I tried to view this .dvi file, the view program dumped me out. That's really strange. Anybody know why ? Even stranger is that the file is there at all. The DVI file was not meant to be distributed (where did you find this file? that file really should be removed).
