[comp.text.tex] RTF -> TeX Converter SOUGHT

I'm looking for a program to convert from RTF (or any other microcomputer
word processor - MSWord/WordPerfect/MacWrite, etc.) to TeX or LaTeX.

It could run on macs, pcs, unix machines, I don't care.

Any/All pointers and help apprectiated.  Thanks!
